These tiles are well over 100 years old, and the condition is consistent with their age.  They came from Alexandria, Egypt which was once colonized by France, hence the French style. 

These tiles have all been handmade from concrete.  They can be used indoors or out and can be left as is or polished to a shine by your tiler. 

Measurements: 200 mm x 200 mm x 18 mm.  Some have old cement on the back. 

25 tiles required for 1 square meter. 

$12 each = $300 per square meter.
